New Delhi, April 8, 2025 The downward trend in gold prices continued across major Indian cities on Monday, while silver prices remained unchanged. According to data from the domestic bullion market, 24-carat gold is currently trading in the range of ₹90,370 to ₹90,520 per 10 grams, while 22-carat gold is being sold between ₹82,840 to ₹82,990 per 10 grams.

Meanwhile, silver prices showed no movement, with the white metal continuing to trade at ₹93,900 per kilogram in Delhi’s bullion market, consistent with previous sessions.

In Delhi, 24-carat gold was quoted at ₹90,520 per 10 grams, and 22-carat gold stood at ₹82,990 per 10 grams. In the financial capital Mumbai, prices were slightly lower, with 24-carat gold at ₹90,370 and 22-carat at ₹82,840 per 10 grams.

In Ahmedabad, 24-carat gold was priced at ₹90,420, and 22-carat gold at ₹82,890 per 10 grams. Southern hub Chennai also recorded similar levels, with 24-carat gold at ₹90,370 and 22-carat gold at ₹82,840 per 10 grams.

Kolkata reflected similar price bands, while in Lucknow, gold prices were at the higher end of the range, with 24-carat gold at ₹90,520 and 22-carat gold at ₹82,990 per 10 grams.

In Patna and Jaipur, gold was trading at ₹90,420 (24-carat) and ₹82,890 (22-carat), and ₹90,520 (24-carat) and ₹82,990 (22-carat) respectively.

Southern and Eastern States Follow Trend

In southern and eastern cities including Bengaluru, Hyderabad, and Bhubaneswar, the price of 24-carat gold remained consistent at ₹90,370, while 22-carat gold stood at ₹82,840 per 10 grams.
