The initial project cost was Rs 56 crore but has now increased to Rs 76 crore. The additional Rs 20 crore has been sourced from the Smart City project, he added.

The main complex is nearly complete, but it may take two more months to finish the auditorium. Some works related to lighting, sound systems, and interiors are pending.
