Tech mogul Elon Musk who in this election cucle has been an out spoken of Donald Trump, recenlty commended the former president over one of his lesser known qualities, his "self-deprecating humour." The Tesla boss, who was campaigning heavily for Trump in Pennsylvania, confirmed that he will be watching the election result at Trump's Mar-a-lago in Florida. Musk also confirmed that he voted in South Texas.

"I just voted and now I'm headed to Florida and yeah, I'll just be there with President Trump and JD And a bunch of other cool people," he said.

"They've got a great sense of humor, like you know, making jokes. I mean, Trump actually has quite a bit of self deprecating humor," the Tesla chief added.

As per latest trends Trump has secured over 230 electoral votes, while Harris has secured 187.

Musk, known for his eclectic approach to both business and social media, has recently committed over $70 million to support Trump and other Republican candidates, describing his political involvement as part of his personal mission to protect American values.

The initiative has drawn significant attention and legal challenges, particularly over a million-dollar sweepstakes aimed at rallying voters. Pennsylvania District Attorney Larry Krasner has contested the legality of this programme, suggesting it may serve to influence national election outcomes.

At a recent Trump rally in Pennsylvania, Muskā€™s high-energy appearance sparked a flurry of memes and increased engagement on X, the platform he owns. In a provocative interview with Tucker Carlson, Musk joked about the safety of Vice President Kamala Harris, while expressing concerns for his own future, quipping, ā€œIf Trump loses, Iā€™m f***ed.ā€

Musk has invested tens of millions of dollars into Trumpā€™s campaign and seeks a key role in a potential second Trump administration, where he could help dismantle government bureaucracy, heading what he called the Departement of Government Efficiency (DOGE).
