Vivo has officially launched OriginOS 6 in international markets. This is the company's latest operating system, which it claims is designed to offer improved smartphone interaction in the AI era. The rollout of OriginOS 6 will begin globally in phases starting in November 2025. Vivo confirmed that the specific upgrade plan and timeline may vary across different markets. Commenting on the launch, SHI Yujian , Vivo’s CTO, said: “As we celebrate Vivo’s 30th anniversary, we are taking the next step with the global debut of OriginOS. Guided by our ‘Origin Design’ philosophy and built on three core pillars of smoothness, design and AI, the brand new OriginOS 6 reimagines the way people connect with the digital world.”
