Despite a remarkable year and still holding championship gold, Morgan was not booked for WrestleMania 41. While it all changed only last week, Morgan had some strong words for WWE for not having plans for her till then.
What was Liv Morgan's reaction to WWE not booking her for WrestleMania 41?In an exclusive interview with The Times of India last week, Liv Morgan got candid about her thoughts on not being booked for WrestleMania 41. She alongside her onscreen boyfriend, Dominik Mysterio stated that it would be a huge mistake if they were not booked for The Show of Shows this year. Moreover, Morgan also added that it would be a huge loss on their part to not have one of the most dominant duo in a match at WrestleMania 41.
Liv said, “If we were not on WrestleMania, I think that is a huge mistake and a huge oversight, not on our part [it will be there loss] it’ll be there loss and I don’t know who will tune into WrestleMania not wanting to see us.”
Liv Morgan's plans for WrestleMania 41 were finally unveiled on last week's edition of Friday Night SmackDown. GM Nick Aldis announced that a multi-woman tag team Gauntlet match will take place next week on the show. The winners of the match will earn the right to challenge Liv Morgan and Raquel Rodriguez for the WWE Women's Tag Team Championship at WrestleMania 41.
The former WWE Women's World Champion has been a part of the last few WrestleManias in her career. However, Morgan has not been a part of a marquee singles match and the case is the same for this year's Show of Shows.
