The SmackDown debacle at Chicago between Charlotte Flair and Tiffany Stratton has been what anyone can talk about right now. Insults suddenly turned personal, and the segment looked completely off the rails, at least when you actually look at the full segment. Most of the personal jabs exchanged between the two female wrestlers were cut by WWE before they uploaded anything on their official account. And now, Stratton's real life boyfriend, RAW star Ludwig Kaiser has the perfect response for the Queen of WWE.
Ludwig Kaiser throws shade at Charlotte Flair after SmackDown episode
During the promo segment between Charlotte Flair and Tiffany Stratton at the April 4 episode of SmackDown, Stratton brought up Flair's divorce, which she has had three of till now. In response, Flair said that Ludwig Kaiser, who is the current WWE Women's Champions real life boyfriend, has been slipping into her DMs. While many thought that was just her way of trying to get under Stratton's skin, it seems like Kaiser himself did not want to give anyone a chance to say more in the matter.
He posted a clip from 1996, where Shawn Michaels can be heard saying a pretty iconic line from WWF, that many fans remember even now. " Please do not flatter yourself," Michaels had told Hart, and it seems like Kaiser wants to say the same to Charlotte Flair after she alleged that Kaiser had been DMing her.
Ludwig Kaiser channeled Shawn Michaels' epic reply to Diana Hart
In a storyline involving Diana Hart and her then husband, Davey Boy Smith, in a heated confrontation between them, Michaels had been accused by Hart of s**ually harassing her backstage. During the promo, Diana was on stage along with her husband as well as Vince McMahon and Shawn Michaels. She spoke on the mic, telling Michaels, " Shawn, I know that you want me."
To this, Michaels said, " Mrs. Smith, with all due respect, please do not flatter yourself," and got smacked in the face by Diana Hart for it. It eventually led to an all out brawl between him and Davey Boy, when Michael suggested that she was the one who wore the pants in the Smith household. Hopefully, there won't be any brawls before the WrestleMania 41 match between Flair and Stratton, and it won't go as personal as it did last night.
