New Delhi: Residents of Delhi-NCR have been experiencing relatively cooler weather due to intermittent rains and drizzles over the past few days. The India Meteorological Department (IMD) has not issued any weather alerts for today. However, the IMD has predicted a generally cloudy sky with light rain or thunderstorms likely on Sunday. The recent rains have provided much-needed relief from the heat, bringing down temperatures across the region.

Delhi's 7-Day Weather ForecastThe weather forecast for Delhi-NCR from September 9 to 13, 2024, indicates a largely cloudy sky with intermittent chances of very light to light rain or thunderstorms throughout the period. Temperatures are expected to remain in a comfortable range, with minimums hovering around 24 degrees Celsius to 26 degrees Celsius and maximums reaching between 35 degrees Celsius and 36 degrees Celsius.Winds will generally blow from the north-northwest, southeast, and east at varying speeds of 4 to 12 km/h. While the rain intensity is predicted to be light, it may still cause minor disruptions, particularly in low-lying areas prone to water accumulation. Traffic congestion could also be expected due to wet roads, so it is advisable for residents to check for traffic updates before travelling.
