Sky has cut the price of its bestselling broadband offering, meaning you can now snap up a month, which is an enticing price. There's no upfront cost here and this is for a 24-month contract.
The important thing about Sky's Full Fibre is that you're getting fibre right to your home, so you'll have to check to make sure you're eligible for this great deal from Sky. The is much cheaper than BT's Full Fibre 100 package, which would cost over £160 more across a 24-month contract.
But the new deal is open to new Sky Broadband customers only.
Sky's gives you a great speed for your broadband, meaning you'll be able to download a movie in less than 2 minutes, while you'll have loads of bandwidth for all your connected devices. That's great if you have a number of different people streaming 4K movies around your house, or gaming.
Netflix says that you should be using 15Mbps or higher when streaming 4K content on the service, so this broadband from Sky gives you plenty of speed to get the highest quality from your streaming content.
This isn't the only deal that Sky is offering: the company is also offering its . While the Sky Broadband deal is a great way to save money, bundling together the broadband and a TV package will give you access to great content through Sky Stream too, including Netflix.
The gets you that fast internet connection, the and then access to Sky Atlantic, Netflix, Discovery and more. The TV part of this bundle is priced at £15 alone, so you're effectively getting Sky Broadband for just £20 a month, which is a steal.
While these prices are great, these are for 24-month contracts and Sky declares that there will be price rises during the contract - but Sky doesn't say by how much.
Sky isn't your only option for full fibre. You can get , but this only gives you 132Mbps compared to the 150Mbps from Sky. In real terms that might not make a difference, so it's worth checking out the options to see which suits you better.
Virgin Media does declare that it will increase to £29.49 a month from April 2026, but it's only an 18-month contract, so you're not tied in for as long as you would be with Sky Broadband.
If you think it's all too expensive, Sky Broadband offers a 75Mbps service (Full Fibre 75), but this is £25 a month, so only £1 cheaper for half the speed, so not worth the downgrade.
