Udinese has surged to the top of Serie A after a thrilling second-half comeback saw them defeat Parma 3-2.
Parma had taken a 2-0 lead into half-time, thanks to goals from Enrico Del Prato and Ange-Yoan Bonny.
However, Udinese fought back with a double from Florian Thauvin his second goal coming just 13 minutes from time after Parma had a player sent off and a header from Lorenzo Lucca, securing all three points and moving them one point above Napoli.
Meanwhile, Verona's hopes of drawing level with Napoli were dashed by a 2-1 defeat against Lazio at Stadio Olimpico.
In LaLiga, Rayo Vallecano managed to overturn a half-time deficit to beat Osasuna 3-1 at home.
Romanian star Andrei Ratiu put the home team in the lead with a goal in the 66th minute, before Unai Lopez scored during injury time.
