Carl Woodsford, 45, and his old university friends arrived at Butlin's, Minehead for the DJ's event - All Back To Minehead today (8/11).
But they were taken aback to find Fatboy Slim himself at the entrance to check them in and provide the information on their stay.
The mates even got their Butlin's welcome information signed by him in the "surreal" meeting.
Carl, who works in technology, from London, said: "He was on the entrance checking everyone in.
"It was a bit surprising and super cool.
"He was being very professional.
"It was a bit surreal."
Carl said Fatboy Slim was only there to check in a few cars and they were one of the lucky ones.
He said: "He signed the map with the introduction information about Butlin's.
"We're looking forward to the weekend. It will be a mad, crazy one."
