A Place In The Sun is set to return with a fresh series.
Channel 4 has announced that brand-new episodes of the popular show will be gracing our screens as soon as next month. The presenters, including Laura Hamilton, Lee Juggurnauth, Craig Rowe, Jasmine Harman, Leah Charles-King, Jean Johansson and Ben Hillman, are set to face some hefty challenges - finding the dream property for house-hunters while staying within budget.
Each episode will feature one presenter jetting off to a location in France, Spain or Portugal to hunt down the ideal home for their clients. Other destinations on the list include Greece, Cyprus and Italy.
In the opening episode, Laura Hamilton will assist Fran and Noel in trading their summer in Shoreham-by-Sea for the sun-soaked landscapes of Andalucia's Pueblos Blancos. The couple are seeking the perfect Spanish holiday home for themselves and their two dogs, Ebony and Charity. With a budget of £100,000, can Laura deliver their dream property?, reports .
Meanwhile, Lee Juggernauth takes a trip to Southern Valencia in Spain to aid Carol and David. The Hertfordshire-based couple have been frequent visitors to Spain for two decades and now wish to make it official by purchasing their own holiday home in their favourite spot.
Having sold their home to finance their holiday haven, the stakes are high! Armed with a budget of £225,000, Lee has some exciting prospects for the couple - but will they approve of his property picks?
In another episode, Craig Rowe jets off to the Canary Islands to help Bridget and Rob find their dream property. The couple, who have dedicated their lives to their children, work and fostering, are now seeking a sunny retreat for some much-needed winter warmth! With a budget of £160,000, will they discover their ideal home?
