The actress we are talking about is Malayalam actress Sukumari Amma. Who made a special identity among everyone with her talent but her death is said to be very painful. Not only this, Sukumari Amma has won everyone's heart with her acting in Malayalam and Tamil films. In her five-decade career, she has worked in more than 2500 Malayalam, Tamil and Telugu movies. She also worked in some Hindi, French and Bengali films.

Started working at the age of 10: Sukumari Amma started working at the age of 10. She first worked in a Tamil movie. She started her dance career even before coming into movies. Apart from movies, she has worked in TV serials, albums, ads, dramas. Sukumari Amma married director A Bhim Singh. She became a widow at the age of 38. Sukumari Amma also has a son. She has worked in many movies.

National Award: Sukumari Amma was awarded Padma Shri in 2003. Not only this, she was also awarded the National Film Award for Best Supporting Actress. 

The end was painful: Sukumari Amma's life and career have been inspirational for people but her death was very painful. In the year 2013, Sukumari Amma got burnt while lighting a lamp at home. A month after that, she died of cardiac arrest. She died in the hospital where she was undergoing treatment for her burns.
