After this protest, the guards took the woman away in a car. The university has said that the woman is mentally ill and that is why she took this step. The university has said that the woman was taken away by the police and she has now been admitted for treatment.
On the other hand, people on social media have said that the woman took this step to protest against the fundamentalist government of Iran's mullahs, and now to destroy her credibility, she is being called mentally ill. Those speaking for women's rights in Iran have claimed that the woman was tortured after this and she is in a coma.

It is worth noting that there are very strict rules regarding the hijab and attire of women in Iran. In Iran, police keep roaming on the streets to force women to wear hijabs. Women have been protesting against this for a long time. In 2022, in one such case, the police killed a minor. After this, there were many protests in Iran.
