Indore News: Life changed after giving up sugar, many diseases ended in 30 days, diet was very special

Indore News: In the Sugar Free campaign, 1800 out of 2050 people stayed away from sugar and sweets for the entire 30 days. In the survey, 76.7% people reported an increase in energy level, 56% lost weight, 52% got relief from joint pain and 40% experienced improved skin.

The participants in this campaign did not consume sugar and sweets for 30 consecutive days. Out of 500 people surveyed, 76.7% said that their energy level has increased. At the same time, 56% of the participants claimed that they have lost weight. 52% people reported relief from joint pain. 40% felt a glow in their skin and 20% said that there have been positive changes in their lives mentally and physically.

2050 people joined, 1800 kept away from sugar

Campaign head Neeraj Yagnik informed that this Sugar Free campaign was run from 20 March to 19 April, in which a total of 2050 people joined. Out of these, 1800 people completely abstained from sugar and sweets for the whole month. All the participants were honored at the end of the campaign. Neeraj Yagnik also informed that this campaign will be run every three months. During this, three videos were shared daily through WhatsApp groups, in which it was told in the morning and evening what to eat and what not to eat. Along with this a diet chart was also made available.

These food items were beneficial and were included in the diet

During the campaign, people were explained that green vegetables, fresh fruits, dal-rice, chapatti, protein rich food items like paneer and eggs are beneficial. Apart from this, good fats like nuts, seeds, olive oil and sugarless curd are also useful for the body. Complex carbohydrates like sweet potato, brown rice, multigrain bread, whole grain flour and oats were also included in the diet. Sugar free beverages like milk, tea and coffee were also considered safe.

During the campaign, people were clearly told that sugar, soda, sweet tea-coffee, cold drinks, packed juices and sweet dairy products like sugary curd, ice cream, chocolate milk increase weight rapidly. Apart from

this, consumption of sweet biscuits, cookies, toast, cake, candies and alcohol also has a negative impact on health. By avoiding all these things, people not only got better health, but also saw positive changes in their lifestyle.
