Sting began the caption by discussing the reception to the cover of the song. He wrote in the message to his followers: "The reaction to the cover of my song, Fragile, in the new Netflix series Adolescence has been fantastic."
He continued in the post shared earlier today: "It's always interesting for me to hear one of my songs through someone else's lens. A great cover can reveal things about a song that I didn't originally see and give a song a new life."

They said: "We're so excited to be releasing this today and for the response the series is getting. We're indebted to [director Philip Barantini], who works so closely with us throughout the process, and all the musicians who helped bring this score to life."
"In particular, we were fortunate to work with the immensely talented [Emilia] on vocals for the score. Emilia plays Katie in the show, and working with her gave us a wonderful chance to hear something of her voice through the series. A massive shoutout also to the students of Minsthorpe Community College who did an incredible job as our choir!"
Aaron and David concluded by saying it had been a "pleasure" to be involved with the show. They wrote: "It's been a pleasure to work on a series where so much attention to detail was taken by everyone at every stage, and where such a feeling of family and camaraderie was so present throughout the cast and crew."
