Ryanair silences woman who complained about seat with savage two-word put-down

When a woman complained to Ryanair about her plane seat lacking a window view, she probably didn't expect to get a response like this one.

The budget airline, notorious for poking fun at complaints about its service on social media, was quick to defend itself against the video posted online by Klaudia Oliwia.

The passenger, known online as @klaudiaoliwiap, posted a clip showing herself sitting in a windowless seat next to the plane's wall. "POV: Nobody warned you about seat 11A on a Ryanair flight," she wrote, shrugging at the camera.

The airline, however, argued that she should have checked more carefully. "No one?" Ryanair responded in an Instagram video, which has amassed over 512,000 likes.

They went on to show the seat selection section on their website. It highlights that when selecting a seat, customers are informed if it lacks a window, including seat 11A.

In the caption, Ryanair cheekily advised: "Maybe look next time." Seat 11A is windowless due to the Boeing 737's air conditioning system.

Modern jets have two 'packs' near the main landing gear that regulate cabin air and temperature. Hot, high-pressure air from the engines is cooled and distributed through ducts along the cabin walls – one of which runs beside seat 11A, as noted by flightradar24.

The clip left viewers amused, with many commenting that the lack of windows in row 11 is common knowledge. One user remarked: "People don't read," while another added: "Imagine scrolling Instagram and finding yourself getting roasted by Ryanair."

Another user praised: "Whoever is running Ryanair Instagram account deserves a raise." A fourth chimed in: "Those 'influencers' making a fuss over a £11.99 seat."
