A star has shocked fans with their appearance as they now look totally different from when they starred inAbdul Salis is in the hit crime drama as part of its third series.
Abdul reunites with Beyond Paradise star Kris Marshall in tonight's episode, with the pair having played best friends Colin and Tony in 2003's Love Actually. The main cast of Beyond Paradise Zahra Ahmadi (DS Esther Williams) and . Abdul has a wide ranging acting career, and is best known for playing paramedic Curtis Cooper on the long-running medical drama Casualty. His big screen role came back in 2003 when he starred in Love Actually.

He took on the role of Tony, who is Colin's sceptical friend that experiences love at first sight at the end of the film. For the role, Abdul sported a very short haircut and looked fresh faced.
Now, the actor has returned to screens for Beyond Paradise and looks very different. His much longer hair is now peppered with grey, as he takes on the new role 20 years after Love Actually.
The much-loved crime drama made its eagerly awaited comeback on One at the end of last month as DI Humphrey Goodman and DS Esther Williams teamed up with their counterparts in Cornwall.
A body was discovered in a river on the Devon-Cornwall border, which rival detectives quickly wrote off as an unfortunate accident. However, Humphrey had his suspicions that there was more to the story.
The episode not only brought back regulars like Dylan Llewellyn and Felicity Montagu, but also featured special guest stars including Hugh Dennis, Angela Curran, Gabby Best, Jamie Bamber, Steve Oram, Amalia Vitale, and Jade Harrison.
Fans have "It's about time that #BeyondParadise returns! And to have my fave back is an absolute added bonus," one viewer exclaimed on X.
Another added: "I've missed you #BeyondParadise." A third enthusiast confessed: "Staying in on a Friday night to watch the return of #BeyondParadise. What have I become?" while another shared their anticipation: "I am beyond excited for #BeyondParadise."
Over the series, the cast will come across several confusing cases. They are set to deal with a dead body found in a river on the border; a poisonous box of chocolates; a relentless feud between farmers; and a spiking case at sea
Martha and Humphrey must learn to cope as foster parents, with the reappearance of Martha’s ex Archie adding to the challenge. With personal issues and a painful pasts plaguing the other characters of the seaside town, it is set to be an eventful series to remember.
Other stars making appearances throughout the series include Jason Hughes from Midsummer Murders, Silas Carson from , Dean Boodaghians-Nolan who acted in House of the Dragon, and Murray McArthur from the recent .
