Acne is a common skin condition that occurs when hair follicles become clogged with oil and dead skin cells. It typically appears on the face, chest, neck, and back, and manifests as whiteheads, blackheads, pimples, and other blemishes.

After washing your face, apply 1–2 drops of juniper oil using a cotton ball. Be cautious not to overuse it to avoid skin irritation.

Turmeric contains antibacterial and anti-inflammatory properties that help soothe and heal acne.
Make a paste using turmeric powder, yogurt, and honey. Apply it as a mask and let it dry for about 30 minutes. Wash it off with cold water to calm acne flare-ups.
# Rub Tomato Slices on Your Skin
Tomatoes are packed with vitamins A, C, K, B, and E, and their antioxidant content can help fight acne.
Cut a tomato in half and gently rub the cut side on your skin. Massage for a few seconds, then rinse off with warm water.
# Eat a Nutrient-Rich Diet & Stay Hydrated
A diet rich in vitamins A, C, E, and zinc—found in foods like spinach, sweet potatoes, pumpkin, mangoes, and grapefruit—can help reduce acne due to their anti-inflammatory effects.
Also, drinking plenty of water keeps your skin hydrated and flushes out toxins, helping to prevent breakouts.
