Accused of having physical relations on the pretext of marriage

The girl alleges that after separating from her husband, the secretary started having physical relations with her again by promising marriage. This continued until the girl became six months pregnant. After getting pregnant, when the girl talked about marrying Dara Singh, he flatly refused. After this, the victim registered a case against the accused under rape and other serious sections. The girl is a resident of Kirtapur police station area of Bijnor, while Dara Singh is a resident of Bakharpur village of Bijnor Kotwali area.

The secretary got married to her brother in law

The girl told that she met Dara Singh four years ago, in 2020. After this, friendship grew between the two and gradually this relationship deepened. However, the girl came to know six months ago that Dara Singh was already married. When she talked to Dara Singh about this fraud and threatened to file a complaint with the police, the accused, out of fear, promised to marry her and said that he would bear all her expenses. But this promise also turned out to be false.

When pregnant, their marriage

The girl says that Dara Singh misbehaved with her and deceived her and got her married to his brother-in-law. Even after marriage, Dara Singh maintained physical relations with her, due to which she became pregnant. Whenever the girl talked about living with him, he started abusing her and kept refusing to marry her.

Police arrested the accused secretary

At present, on the complaint of the girl, the police have arrested the accused secretary Dara Singh. Seeing the seriousness of the matter, the police have started investigation. Inspector in-charge Uday Pratap said that a case has been registered against the accused and the matter is being thoroughly investigated.
