The latest episode of WWE Smack Down took place at the PPG Paints Arena at Pittsburg, Pennsylvania. The fallout from Night Of Champions continued, with newly-crowned Men's King of the Ring Cody Rhodes making an appearance as Randy Orton urged him to kick John Cena's a** at SummerSlam.

Randy Orton came out next and said he is fully behind Rhodes, who will face Cena for the world championship. Nevertheless, Drew Mcintyre interrupted their conversation and berated Orton before backing Rhodes to beat Cena to face him next. Orton struck by planting McIntyre with the RKO and followed it by coming face to face with Rhodes before leaving the ring.

The women's division was next in action as the bout was Charlotte Flair and Alexa Bliss vs. Secret Hervice vs. B-Fab and Michin. Bliss and Flair emerged victorious after the former hit the Twisted Bliss on Fyre and Niven.
Next up Montez Ford, Berto, Johnny Gargano and Chris Sabin took on the Wyatt Sicks. The Wyatt Sicks won after Erick Rowan went for the body slam on Sabin, followed by the Iron Claw. The Fraxiom next faced Andrade and Rey Fenix. The latter won the contest after Andrade hit the Message on Frazer.
Tala Tonga and Tama Tonga destroy Jacob Fatu
The main event saw Fatu and Jimmy beat Solo Sikoa and JC Mateo but chaotic ringside scenes erupted after the match. With Fatu preparing to hit the splash on Sikoa through the announce table, Tala Tonga stormed into the ring and planted the latter onto the mat. Jimmy Uso intervened but Tama Tonga took him down.

After Tama Tonga hit Uso with a twisted neck breaker outside the ring, Solo struck Fatu with a samoan spike, followed by a triple power bomb through the announce table.
