Shahdol (Madhya Pradesh): A hidden camera was found inside the changing room of a clothing shop in Shahdol on Saturday.
The incident is of Budwa village, Shahdol district.
According to information, the camera was secretly placed to record videos of women while they changed clothes. This serious and disturbing act was done by the shopkeeper’s minor son.
The shop is located near the bus stand and is run by Narayandeen Gupta and his son. Police said that the boy had been doing this secretly for a long time.
He used to record videos of women customers trying on clothes in the changing room. Later, he shared these videos with his friends.
The matter came to light when some of the videos went viral on social media. After seeing the videos, some women recognized the place and filed a complaint with the police.
The police quickly took action and raided the shop. During the raid, they found the hidden camera inside the changing room.
An FIR has been registered against both the minor boy and his father. Station in-charge Subhash Dubey said that both father and son will be arrested soon.
The police are also checking how long the camera had been there and how many videos were recorded and shared.
