There are many trekking routes in Uttarakhand where nature can be enjoyed. Here Roopkund track is famous for its beautiful lake. The name of this lake is Roopkund. It takes 7 to 10 days to reach here. The peaks of the Himalayas look very beautiful from here. The track passes through lush green forests and temples. Trekking can be done here from May to September.

Markha Valley is in Ladakh. This track is 65 km long and it takes 6 days to reach here. Trekking starts from Chilling village. Markha river also flows here. Trekkers reach this valley by passing through Buddhist monasteries, Hemis National Park and mountain valleys. Oxygen is less here, so it is important to keep drinking water.

Uttarakhand's Valley of Flowers is famous all over the world. Colourful flowers bloom in this valley from July to September. To reach here, one has to cross the Pushpavati river. This track is 8 km long which is completed in 7 hours. One can reach here from 7 am to 2 pm. One can stay here at night. The view here is going to be remembered for a lifetime.

Buran Valley is in Himachal Pradesh. On this track, you will see green grasslands, snow-capped mountains, and Chandranahan Lake all around. There are also small villages in between where you will get to see the culture of Himachal. The track of Buran Valley is 37 km long, where it takes 7 days to reach. This place is best for trekking from May to September.

The Great Lakes Track in Kashmir is very amazing. There are 7 lakes on this 63 km track which are formed by glaciers. Here one has to pass through the high peaks of the Himalayas. Trekking starts from Sonamarg. Satsar, Gangbal and Krishnasar lakes are prominent here. The months from July to September are the best for trekking here because the weather is clear then. Staying in the camp here also has its fun.

Sikkim is as beautiful as the state, so beautiful are the tracks here. The Jongri track here is quite popular which is 21 km long. You reach here in 5 days. Kanchenjunga can be seen clearly from here. If the weather is clear, the entire Himalayan mountain appears shining like white milk. Trekking can be done here from April to June. It is not easy to reach here in winter.

Kerala's Chembra Peak is in Wayanad. Many tourists enjoy trekking here. This place is in the middle of the forest. The best thing about this track is that it is only 4 km long track which can be covered in 3 hours. Trekking can be done here between November and February from 7 am to 5 pm. During trekking, a lake comes here which is heart-shaped
