Chrissy Teigen’s Cheesy Guacamole Ingredients:

4 ripe avocados

1 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese

1/2 cup sour cream

1/2 cup finely chopped red onion

1/2 cup diced tomatoes

2 cloves garlic, minced

1 lime, juiced

1 jalapeño, seeded and minced (optional for heat)

1/4 cup fresh cilantro, chopped

Salt and pepper to taste

METHOD:
  • Prepare Avocados: Halve, pit, and scoop avocados into a bowl. Mash to desired consistency.
