Nita Ambani reveals she was classmates at school with this famous Bollywood actress

Nita Ambani recently revealed that she was classmates with none other than the evergreen Rekha. The Reliance Foundation Chairperson, who recently hosted Manish Malhotra’s store launch at Jio World Garden Mumbai, was seen chatting with the ‘Umrao Jaan’ actress at the soiree.

Rekha donned a shimmering gold sari, complemented by coordinating jewelry and a matching potli bag for the event. She styled her hair elegantly in a bun. On the other hand, Nita opted for a vibrant parrot-green sari, which she paired with a silver-embroidered blouse and matching earrings. Her hair was similarly tied up in a neat bun. While speaking with the paparazzi, Nita shared that both she and Rekha studied at the same school.

Rekha graced the occasion in a stunning gold sari, accessorized with matching jewelry and a coordinating potli bag. Her hair was styled in a sophisticated bun. Meanwhile, Nita chose a bright parrot-green sari, teamed with a silver-embroidered blouse and matching earrings. Like Rekha, she also wore her hair in a sleek bun. In a brief conversation with the paparazzi, Nita revealed that she and Rekha had attended the same school.

Rekha was born to famous Tamil film stars Gemini Ganesan and Pushpavalli. She first appeared on screen as a child actor in the 1958 Telugu movie Inti Guttu. Her first leading role came in the 1969 Kannada film Operation Jackpot Nalli CID 999. The following year, Rekha made her Bollywood debut with Sawan Bhadon. Over the years, she has starred in several iconic films, including Namak Haraam, Silsila, Khubsoorat, Umrao Jaan, Khoon Bhari Maang, Koi Mil Gaya, and Krrish.
