Bajaj Finance net profit rose 19% YoY to Rs 4,546 crore in the fourth quarter. The Board approved a series of rewards for investors including a special dividend of Rs 12 and a final dividend of Rs 44 per share.
The Board has also approved stock split in the proportion of 1:2 along with a separate bonus issue in the ratio of 4:1.
Under the bonus issue, for every share investors hold as on record date, they will get an additional four shares.
The net interest income during the fourth quarter by 22% to Rs 9,807 crore from Rs 8,013 crore posted in the same quarter a year earlier.
