The Rajasthan Public Service Commission (RPSC) has released an official notification for the recruitment of Statistical Officers. Candidates interested in serving as Statistical Officers in Rajasthan can register online. The application process for these positions began on October 28th. Interested and eligible candidates can apply online through the RPSC's official website, rpsc.rajasthan.gov.in, until November 26, 2025.
Educational Qualifications
 To apply for the position of Statistical Officer, candidates must possess a Master's degree in Economics/Statistics/Mathematics or a Master's degree in M.Sc. Agricultural Statistics from a recognized institution in India.
Age Limit
 The minimum age for applying must be 21 years, and the maximum age must not exceed 40 years. However, age relaxations are available. A 5-year age relaxation will be provided to SC, ST, EWS, EWS men, and women from the general category, and a 10-year age relaxation will be provided to SC, ST, EWS, EWS women from the state of Rajasthan.
Application Fee
 The application fee for general category candidates is ₹600, and for EWS candidates, it is ₹400.
Selection Method
 Candidates will be selected based on a written examination. In the written examination, candidates will be asked 150 multiple-choice questions from general knowledge of Rajasthan and relevant subjects, carrying 150 marks. The examination will be conducted for two hours and thirty minutes. There is also a provision for negative marking for wrong answers. Negative marking will be one-third of a mark for each wrong answer.
