However, the luggage left at Namo Bharat train stations can be taken back within 24 hours after verification from the same station where it was left. At the same time, the luggage left in the trains can be taken back from the Lost and Found Center built in Ghaziabad Namo Bharat station.
What will happen if no one claims?
Passengers who do not use the Namo Bharat app can also get information about their luggage at the Lost and Found Center after reaching Ghaziabad station. If the passenger's luggage is present in the Lost and Found Center, then it will be returned to them. Please note that if no one claims the luggage deposited in the Lost and Found Center for six months, then there is also a provision to destroy that luggage under the prescribed procedure.
