UPPSC LT Grade Teacher Exam Date: The Uttar Pradesh Public Service Commission (UPPSC) has released the schedule for the Assistant Teacher (LT Grade) Trained Graduate Teacher (TGT) Recruitment Examination 2026. Candidates can view the detailed exam schedule by visiting the Commission's official website, uppsc.up.nic.in.
A total of 7,466 posts will be filled under this recruitment drive. The exam will be conducted in various districts, and the selection process will be based on the marks obtained in the main (written) examination. The Commission has announced exam dates for eight of the nine subjects, while the date for the Computer subject will be released later.
As per the schedule, this recruitment exam will be held in January 2026. The exam for the eight subjects will be held between January 17 and 25, 2025.

Exam Preparations Begin
 Preparations for the Uttar Pradesh Public Service Commission (UPPSC) have begun for its largest recruitment exam to date. Instructions have been issued for the selection of training centers, training, and necessary changes to the control room located on the commission's campus. 1,236,238 candidates applied for 7,466 Assistant Teacher (LT Grade) positions in government secondary schools.
Control Room Monitoring
 The LT Grade recruitment exam will be monitored from a control room, similar to the PCS-2025 exam. To achieve this, necessary changes have been made to the control room, taking into account the LT Grade exam format. The control room will monitor every activity of each candidate. Furthermore, each exam center will be organized as a sector. A Sector Magistrate, Static Magistrate, and Inspector will be deployed at each exam center.
