If you prefer a classic style, these , £59.99 at New Look, are one of our favourite pairs around right now thanks to their classic western stitching and bold design.

If you prefer a shorter length, or struggle to find cowboy boots that fit your calves, , £75, which have an extra wide fit calf and are made from real leather.

Another top trending style right now is biker boots, which are perfect for adding a little edge to your outfits. We’re loving these , £60, which look just like a much pricier designer pair. They have silver hardware details including a circular ring on the ankle, as well as straps and buckles to give them an edgy look.

Alternatively, these , £47.99, from Debenhams have a more simple, classic look with a lace up front and chunky sole. They’re also finished with a slight metallic patent sheen; perfect for adding a stylish twist to your autumnal outfits.

For something that checks every box, a kitten heel boot is an ideal choice. Great for wearing everywhere from the office to evenings out or date nights, these , £39.99, give you a sophisticated look without looking like you’re trying too hard. The ankle-length shaft means you can comfortably wear them with everything from jeans to mini skirts, whilst the low kitten heel keeps them comfortable enough to wear all day long. Despite being made from faux leather, they look far more expensive than their £40 price tag.

Knee high boots image

There’s nothing more classically autumn than a pair of knee high boots, and we’ve found two great burgundy pairs that’ll see you right through autumn and well into winter. Whether you want to wear them over skinny jeans, under midi skirts or with tights and a mini dress, they’re easy and effortless to style. , £48, may have a reasonably high heel, but its block shape means they’re comfortable and sturdy to walk in, with a pull-on style shaft that makes them easy to get on and off.

Alternatively, , £65, have a zip fastening on the inside which is great if you often find pull-on boots too narrow to get your feet in. They have a similar sturdy block heel, with a pointed toe that never goes out of style.
