Jennifer Lopez's team forced to delete post after awkward Ben Affleck necklace blunder

Jennifer Lopez's beauty brand, which is called JLo Beauty, made the ultimate error on their official Instagram account when they posted a photo of the singer turned actress wearing a necklace with the name Ben engraved on it.

The Love Don't Cost A Thing singer, 55, is currently going through a divorce with her now estranged husband Ben Affleck, so the upload on Instagram was rather untimely. However, the social media blunder was soon fixed as J-Lo's team quickly deleted the post after eagle-eyed fans rushed to point out the name branded on her necklace.

The image in question sees Jennifer looking as glamorous as ever as she fully embraces the arrival of Autumn. The star, who rekindled her romance with Hollywood actor Ben, 52, in 2021, looked chic in a muted brown blazer and a crisp white blouse underneath. Jennifer exudes happiness in the snap, as she shows off a full face of bronzed make-up.

However, the picture was quickly deleted after fans flocked to the comments to question whether or not Jennifer was back with Ben given the fact she was wearing his name around her neck.

The pair tied the knot in 2022, but just two years after their big wedding day, their split was revealed. Confused fans of the former couple are now wondering if there is a chance for them to once again rekindle their romance. In the comment section, one fan had written: "OMG spot the Ben necklace??? Maybe they're back together."

Another echoed: "J-Lo is wearing a necklace that says 'Ben'. Is this an old photo? Imagine if they've not split at all." Someone else added: "The Ben necklace!!!!!!! What does this mean omg." While another eagle-eyed Instagram user pointed out: "This is probably a photo from a while ago and they're posting it because her make-up looks fire. Or maybe she just likes wearing the necklace."

Soon after the photo was deleted by J-Lo's team, it was replaced with a number of product photos from her brand, including candles, a cream cleanser, and Autumn inspired images of leaves. The caption of the new post read: "Anyone else excited it’s finally the First Day of Fall? Swipe through for our #moodboard and tell us what you’re most excited for this season down below."

Last month, it was revealed that Jennifer had filed for divorce from Ben. The A-Lister couple are said to have no prenup in place. While most couples use a lawyer for divorce proceedings, Jennifer is said to have filed documents herself, listing the date as August 20, 2024.

The music megastar listed the date of hers and Ben's separation as April 26, 2024. Although they tied the knot on July 16, 2022, the couple had a lavish and traditional wedding on August 20, 2022.

Reports show that the documents do not say whether there is a prenup in place for Bennifer, but sources allege that the couple did not sign one when they said "I do". While there is no prenuptial agreement in place, it would mean that any earnings the former couple have made would be community property.

Since the pair married, Jennifer has appeared in Shotgun Wedding, The Mother, This Is Me... Now and Atlas. Ben, however, has also appeared in Air and Hypnotic, while also producing The Instigators. The documents state that Jennifer has given up spousal support and has also asked the divorce judge to deny Ben the same support.

At the time of the news breaking, TMZ reported that J-Lo was "heartbroken" over her decision to divorce Ben. A source close to the star told People Magazine that she was ready to "move on" after spending most of the summer apart from her husband amid swirling divorce rumours. The insider revealed to the publication: "She tried really hard to make things work and is heartbroken," before adding: "The kids are a top priority, as they always have been."
