Hollyoaks' Jorgie Porter shares adorable gender reveal leaving star speechless

Pregnant Jorgie Porter has revealed if she is expecting a boy or a girl.

The 36-year-old Hollyoaks star is expecting her second child with property developer fiance, Ollie Piotrowski. The couple already share a son called Forest, who will turn three in December. While Ollie has a 10-year-old son from a previous relationship.

Taking to Instagram, Jorgie shared a series of snaps from her gender reveal party with her 748,000 followers. Proudly displaying her bump in a long-sleeved white mini dress, she held a huge balloon that said the words ‘boy or girl?’ on it.

She then shared a video of a fancy white cake that had ‘coming soon’ written in icing on the top. Jorgie and Ollie each got a wine glass which they dug into the cake to see what colour the middle was. The next slide showed the cake all cut up – and revealed the gender of their unborn child. ‘Yay!’ Jorgie exclaimed as she turned the glass round to show the pink cake filling.

In the caption, she wrote: ‘Thank you soooo much for all your messages! We still can’t believe it. We’re having a GIRL.” Jorgie’s famous pals were quick to comment below with her Hollyoaks co-star Nikki Sanderson writing: “Aww congratulations.” Fellow cast member Jamelia commented: “Yayyyyyyy!!!!!” followed by a string of red love hearts. Ex-Corrie star Helen Flanagan, who is currently appearing on Celebs Go Dating with Jamelia, posted: “So happy for you darling. Be a pretty girl like her mama x.”

Fans also rushed to comment on the post with one saying: “Someone I know did the cake thing with the glasses. It’s obviously the in thing to do then. Congratulations!” Another wrote: “Omg this is the best idea. Congratulations!” A third fan commented: “One of each now... perfect x.” While a fourth joked: “Hitting the shops hard today?” now Jorgie knows what clothes she can buy for her new little one.

Jorgie announced she was expecting her second child back in May. Her and Ollie already share son Forest, who was born in December 2022. Revealing the news on social media, Jorgie shared a sweet video of her, her fiancé, their son, and their dog covering a photo of the baby scan with their hands (and paw). Jorgie captioned the post: "We’ve been keeping a little secret."

Earlier this year, she opened up about motherhood in a candid interview with OK! magazine and gushed: "I honestly didn't think I'd love it this much. Forest is a year and a half now, still a tiny baby in my eyes, but his personality is really starting to come through now, which is gorgeous.”

She added: "He's quite dramatic - no idea who he takes after there! You see him throw himself on the floor and squeal and look up at you, and I'm going, 'Nah, mate... I need better acting than that!' But honestly? It's the best thing ever. I feel like now I've got a reason to do things, even my job. I just want to look after him. He's our main focus."
